About Nav
My name is Nav. And I have lived many lives.
The Life Before
I left my career as a Director in Cybersecurity at Deloitte. I had a stable job, a six-figure salary and a comfortable life in Sydney, Australia. I did not leave because I had a perfect plan. I left because something inside me knew it was time.
The Moment Everything Changed
Then, in one moment, everything changed. I lost my father, and with that came a profound loss of self. I had built a stable life around my career, income, friendships, home and sense of certainty. Suddenly, I no longer knew whether I had made the right choices. What followed was anxiety, self-doubt, fear and deep confusion. I went from having everything mapped out to barely recognising myself.
The Camino, and What Came After
So I walked. I walked 800 kilometres across the Camino de Santiago in Spain, on my own. Somewhere along that road, things started to click.
The Camino did not begin this work. By then, I had already spent years training, facilitating and working with people alongside my corporate career. What the Camino gave me was clarity about why that work mattered and the decision to give it my full commitment.
My experience of transition began long before the Camino. Born in India, I moved to New Zealand at 17, then to London, Sydney and Bali. Each move meant leaving people I loved. Each move meant starting again.
Through those experiences, I came to understand that loss does not only look like death. It can look like the end of a relationship, leaving people behind when you move countries, walking away from a career that once defined you, or losing a version of yourself you thought you would always be.
They are not simply navigating career transitions, grief or relationship endings. They are navigating who they are becoming, not just what happened to them.
A Decade of Formal Training
I trained formally as a licensed Demartini Method Facilitator, completed more than 150 supervised sessions in Core Belief Therapy with Rudy Eckhardt, trained in meditation and energy work, and have facilitated more than 100 meditation and breathwork workshops. I began this work while I was still a Director at Deloitte, facilitating sessions alongside my corporate career before committing to the practice full time.
This is not something I suddenly decided to do on the Camino. It is the result of more than a decade of formal training, over 1,000 hours of direct client work and my own lived experience of starting again. That combination is what makes this work precise without becoming generic.
How People Experience Nav
Credentials
So, Hello
The people who find me are usually successful on paper and exhausted underneath it. They look like they have everything together. They are managing teams, hitting targets and showing up for everyone around them.
But privately, the mental chatter never switches off. Self-doubt bleeds into their relationships. Anxiety follows them into rooms where they should feel most confident. They understand many of their patterns, but understanding alone has not changed them.
If that is you, you are not broken. You may simply be carrying something nobody has ever helped you understand or put down. That is what this work is for.
